my-mask® shares the same industrial design language as other Espansione solutions, but in an extremely lightweight and portable form factor. Both the device body and the mask terminal have been engineered for maximum patient comfort during self-administration.

Mechanism of Action

my-mask® delivers Red Light Modulation™ LLLT, which:

1. Stimulates cells' mitochondria via near-infrared light
2. Triggers biochemical reactions that promote protein synthesis
3. Generates endogenous heating to increase and stabilise the tear lipid layer

This process addresses the root cause of evaporative dry eye by restoring Meibomian gland function — the same mechanism used in Espansione's clinical devices.

Treatable Conditions

• Dry Eye Disease (DED) from Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD)
• Blepharitis and related anterior segment conditions (as directed by a clinician)

my-mask® is positioned as a home maintenance solution, complementing in-clinic treatments performed with meibomask® or eye-light®. It allows patients to continue therapy between appointments, supporting long-term management of chronic conditions like DED.
